Safety and Training
At Wilson Roofing Division we take safety seriously, we value our employees and your investment. We maintain the highest safety standards possible, each employee at the time of hire is given a copy of the company’s safety rules and OSHA rules. At Wilson safety training is extensive, ongoing and every jobsite is evaluated for safety. We hold mandatory safety meetings weekly and require our employees to have fall protection and to be OSHA certified. We have Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance to protect our business, our employees and our customers.

At Wilson we constantly educate our employees to ensure they are current on the newest technologies and products to guarantee our customers receive the best service possible. We hold mandatory weekly training sessions including extensive product training.
