The Owners
Seth and Robin are the proud owners of Wilson Roofing Division; they pride themselves on understanding the roofing needs of our small mountain town and being a dedicated part of the Steamboat Springs community. Robin is the majority owner making this company the only majority owned woman roofing company in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.  These two have built a strong business from the ground up and are responsible for the design, construction and maintenance of a large majority of roofs around town.

Seth is the solid foundation of the company with a passion and vision for each project that crosses his desk. His interest in roofing and carpentry started at the young age of sixteen in Lake Tahoe, California. Six years after beginning work in the construction trade, Seth started his first business, G&S Roofing in Geno, Nevada. He has been a business owner since. With extensive experience in fast track home developments in Nevada and Fort Collins, Colorado he became proficient in offering his customer base a package deal in which he did framing, siding and roofing. His move to Steamboat Springs in 1995 started with a year of sub-contractor work for a local company and led to the opening of his own company Wilson Roofing Division.

Behind every good man stands a strong woman, Robin is the glue of the organization. Robin plays a key role in the quality control of the organization, from daily operations to administrative duties in the office. She is the inspiration behind Seth Wilson and a sound companion for all new ventures. She is a diversified woman whose many skills and talents play a large role in Wilson Roofing and giving back to the community through teaching at the local College.

This team was selected by Seth Wilson to be leaders in the field and to ensure from job start to completion that the company’s high quality standards, attention to detail and excellent customer service are upheld.  Each key player of the Wilson Roofing Division team has a unique set of capabilities, skills and certifications to ensure that WRD’s projects stand out from the competition.  All employees are dedicated team players from accomplished carpenters, skilled roofers and experienced foremen. This team is lead by Seth Wilson whom has daily involvement with each project and coordinates his team to guarantee customer satisfaction and quality service.

Administrative Staff

Malea Michael Ferrier – Estimator
Malea is the estimator for Wilson Roofing Division. She researches and learns about new roofing products every day. Malea has been doing quantity take-offs for many years and will provide you with solid numbers for your roof. She has been in the construction industry for over ten years and is excited to be part of your roofing project.

Sean Winters - Accountant/Estimator
Sean is the Staff Accountant for Wilson Company LLC.  He has a BA in Business with concentrations in Management and Accounting.  Sean is responsible for A/R, A/P, P/R and all of the financial records of the company.  He assists Malea with Estimating, specifically in our Radiant Roof De-icing System takeoffs.  He also is a certified installer for SOLR Photovoltaic Solar Systems and Heatizon Radiant Heat Systems.  Sean has been with the Wilson Company since March of 2008 and comes to us with several years of Quickbooks experience.  Sean is very excited to be part of a well established, family owned and operated business.
